At 12 STOREEZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt, provided the items remain in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account on our website, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all security tags and labels are intact, and include the printed return form inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or schedule a home collection.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
